Colin Goldrick is Special Counsel in our Business & Corporate Law Group. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters from both a legal and industry perspective. Prior to becoming a lawyer in 1996 Colin worked primarily in the Information & Communications Technology industry for 13 years - holding a variety of positions from technical support to sales, sales management and business unit management. He has also worked as a strategic management consultant focusing on business re-engineering and change management.
As a lawyer, he has worked at Corrs Chambers Westgrath and Griffith Hack Lawyers prior to joining Goldrick Farrell Mullan in 2003. He has provided corporate and commercial services to both private and public sector clients.
In addition to his broad experience across a wide range of corporate and commercial transactional matters, Colin has particular expertise in assisting in the development and commercialization of new technology including international licensing, fund raising and research and development of joint ventures and other arrangements.
