Goldrick Farrell Mullan traces its history back to 1988 when Vin Goldrick established the firm in Parramatta’s CBD. The firm was then known as Goldrick & Associates. The firm name was changed to Goldrick Farrell Mullan in 1991 after David Farrell and Barry Mullan became Partners. The firm expanded quickly and the Head Office was transferred to Sydney's CBD. Branch offices were subsequently opened in Canberra, Newcastle, Killara, Mosman, Chatswood, North Turramurra and Hornsby.
After further consolidation the Killara office was merged into the Chatswood office and the North Turramurra office was merged into the Hornsby office. The firm opened a new Gosford office on 30 March 2020 and now provides legal services from the Sydney CBD, up the North Shore to the Central Coast of NSW.
The firm’s Sydney office operates as the Head Office of the Goldrick Farrell Mullan network of lawyers. David Farrell is the supervising Partner at that office with additional solicitors Colin Goldrick, Janet Lazzaro and Mitchell King in attendance with David Farrell as supervising Partner.
Our Family Law partner, Barry Mullan, regularly sees clients at our Pitt Street, Sydney office and has successfully assisted many clients going through difficult divorces, custody fights or property settlements.
Other solicitors and consultants in the firm attend our Sydney CBD office by appointment.
The office is situated within a short walk from Central, Town Hall and Museum Railway Stations with bus services at the door in Castlereagh Street and public car parks at Goulburn Street and under World Square in Pitt Street.
Home and hospital visits are also available for elderly or disabled clients by appointment.
The firm accepts instructions from interstate, suburban and regional law firms to act as their agents in most Sydney City courts including the Family Court and the Dust Diseases Tribunal of NSW.
